Much of my one-to-one work is about helping women reclaim capacity, confidence and balance. But the truth is, none of us live or lead in isolation. The dynamics of our teams and workplaces shape us just as much as our personal choices.
That’s why I co-founded Owl & Weaver with a colleague I deeply trust. Together, we bring our different strengths to create spaces where teams can be more honest, more human, and ultimately more effective.
We started Owl & Weaver because we saw too many teams that were good on the surface - polite, competent, hard-working, but still stuck. Stuck in unspoken tensions, in conversations that never quite happen, in individuals carrying more than their share.
What we offer is the chance for teams to pause, reset, and learn how to work with both the relational and the practical. It’s about weaving courage with connection, so teams can stop surviving and start performing together.
